Here's the deal:
99 times out of 100, I Literally Will Not Mind whatever you do with or to the art I post on here.
But I would still like you to ask my permission first. I would like you to include my contact info (either my profile on here or my Tumblr page), and possibly my commission info or tip jar link depending on the piece, and I would like to see what you've done with it so I can tell people where my art has been and maybe promote you as well.
Even if you're the extremely rare case where I say 'no', I won't bite.
The only exception to this is if I've already given you blanket permission. Those of you who have it know who you are, and you have it because we're mutually subscribed to each other and you consistently tag me whenever you make something based on my stuff.EDIT: Here's a list of all my social media accounts, plus my Tip Jar donation link.
In order of how I would prefer to be contacted:
1. Send me a note on this account
Direct messages for specific requests or small talk or asks for general questions.
DMs or Tweets, I guess? I don't really understand it and don't use it very much. My handle is Flautist4ever
in case the link doesn't work.
Navigating it is a royal pain, but I can make it work sometimes. My handle is Flautist4ever
5. Tip Jar
Would prefer keeping this to donations, but if you want to be cute and attach a note with a request, I'm not stopping you.</span>
Utterly useless for art requests, but if you want to read TSFE or chat, go ahead.
Has no system of directly contacting me and I haven't published anything on it yet. Will eventually publish a revised edition of TSFE for those who are interested.
I haven't touched this account in ages. I have exactly one short story published on it, and it's a very dumb one. Good luck, I guess.
firstname.lastname@example.org Commissions/Business Only. Please don't use it for requests or socialization. I will socialize on Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook, but not using this email address. If you want my personal email, you can send me a note asking for it (though I may be curious why considering the sheer number of other accounts I have)
take social interaction on this account, but please do not try to use it for commissions or requests.
